Whenever the exam seasn (季) cmes, stress may cme alng. Here are sme ways that have helped me and my friends g thrugh this seasn.

And if yu find music helpful, give it a g. Listening t yur favrite sngs will surely make yu relaxed. The best thing is that yu just need t stay where yu are silently and enjy it.
But if yu are a bk lver just like me, read a bk yu like fr half an hur. Reading can take yu t places yu’ve never been t. Putting yurself int a new wrld helps yu frget yur stress in this wrld fr a little bit.

One day, smething tuched me and I decided t stp my phne addictin (上瘾) habit t live my life fully (充实地).
Of curse, a cmplete change was impssible because the phne was part f ur daily life. My new rules allwed fr basic uses such as texting, calling, checking the news and making planned searches. Als, nline shpping and scial media (媒体) use shuld be limited. But my N.1 rule was simple: D nt pick up the phne as a reflex (反射动作) t kill bredm.
Reducing my screen time has caused a lt, which is quite interesting. Just a few days after giving up the habit, I’ve read tw bks and I’ve had mre creative ideas fr writing prjects in the last week than I had in the last year. We’ve given the little cmputers in ur hands far mre f ur time and attentin than they shuld. They’ve becme crutches (拐杖), giving us excuses. But the funny thing is, when we put them dwn, we’ll fill ur time in a wise way.

Lying t hide bad news
Smetimes, we dn’t want t tell smene bad news. Fr example, yu have just had a terrible day at wrk, but yu dn’t want yur family t wrry abut yu. S if yur parents ask yu abut yur day, yu just say everything is fine.
