      1.Students are able t master the basic frmat f invitatin letters,including salutatin,bdy,clsing,signature,etc. and use apprpriate language t express the intentin f invitatin,detailed infrmatin abut the event (such as time,venue,activity cntent,etc.),and expectatins fr the recipient's reply.
      2.Students are able t skillfully grasp the grammatical structure and tense usage f cnditinal adverbial clauses led by “if-clauses”,and understand hw t cnstruct lgical chains f stries thrugh if-clauses,making the plt cherent and reasnable.
      难点:
      1.Students are able t select apprpriate tne and wrding accrding t different invitatin targets and ccasins,ensuring the language is frmal,plite,and enthusiastic.
      2.Students are able t use rich vcabulary and diverse sentence patterns in stries t enhance the vividness and attractiveness f the stry,aviding mntnus cntent.

      Step 1 Lead-in
      The teacher lists fragmented infrmatin n the PPT (“Saturday,6 PM” “birthday cake” “classrm” “rehearsal” “speech” “beach” “friends” and “BBQ”),and asks students t wrk in grups t guess the crrespnding invitatin scenaris (birthday party,academic lecture,beach gathering,etc.).

      Step 2 Practise(2a~2c)

      Ask students t add the prper suffix t each wrd in brackets t make a new wrd.Then cmplete the sentences with the new wrds.

      Ask students t tell the meanings f the phrases in the bx and then cmplete the sentences with the phrases in the bx.
      Wrk n 2c
      Ask students t cmplete the sentences with the crrect frms f the wrds in the bx and then put them in the crrect rder t make a shrt passage.

      1.Ask students t read an invitatin letter fr an event,and underline the date,time,place,and tpic f the speech.

      2.Ask students t share the answers and help t crrect if necessary.

      1.Ask students t decide whether each sentence is the pening (O) r the clsing (C) fr an invitatin letter.
      2.Ask students t discuss what makes an invitatin.

      1.The teacher prjects a cmplete invitatin letter (inviting friends r parents t a speech),marks key elements with different clurs,and asks students t read the sample letter in grups and have 1 minute t lcate all clur-cded elements,recrding them n a checklist.

      Blue:Purpse f the invitatin (“We wuld like t share…”)

      2.Ask students t write a letter t invite all students and their parents t attend the speech including these pints in 3c.

      Ask anther five students t take turns t add at least five sentences (each students at least share ne sentence) until the stry ends naturally.

      Ask anther five students t pick anther piece f paper,and take turns t tell the next stry when the stry ends.
