Thrughut histry, nightmare, like bad dreams, have been linked t supernatural frces, believed t weaken peple’s energy. While mdern science dismisses such ideas, it has cnfirmed a similar cncern: nightmare might indeed be cnnected t ur physical health.

      66. A Memrable Trip t the Cuntryside
Last Sunday, ur schl rganized a meaningful trip t a nearby village. It aims t help us experience rural life and appreciate the beauty f nature.
Upn arrival, we enthusiastically jined in the agricultural activities. Sme students learned t harvest eggplants and cabbages, while thers fed chickens. What fllwed was a hands-n experience in making traditinal rice cakes. We carefully bserved the entire prcess and tried shaping the dugh int varius frms. The freshly-made rice cakes tasted sweet! In the afternn, we explred the surrunding area.
This trip nt nly deepened ur understanding f farmers’ hard wrk, but it als allwed us t escape the busy city life and relax in nature.
      67. Jacksn cautiusly extended his right arm. As Jhnsn secured the lightweight prsthetic, the by experimentally flexed his wrist dwnward. The mechanical fingers respnded instantly, clsing arund the balln string he’d been clutching. A cllective gasp swept thrugh the watching crwd when Jacksn — withut switching hands — gently passed the balln t his mther. His mther’s hands flew t her muth, tears glistening as she witnessed her sn’s first effrtless bilateral mvement. Jacksn stared at the sleek fingers nw hlding a paper cup smene ffered, his initial shck melting int a dawning smile that illuminated his entire face.
In the weeks that fllwed, Jacksn’s classmates als jined in the prcess f imprving his 3D-printed prsthetics. During lunch breaks, Jacksn wuld demnstrate pencil-gripping and blck-stacking while classmates brainstrmed upgrades — like adding nn-slip silicne pads. When their science unit cvered skeletal systems, Jhnsn used the prsthetic as a teaching mdel, explaining hw tendns transmit frce. Inspired, three students began designing assistive tls fr cmmunity members, including an ergnmic gardening grip fr Jhnsn’s arthritic grandfather. The prject evlved beynd a single hand int a living lessn abut turning cmpassin int engineering slutins, prving that the smallest classrm culd nurture wrld-changing empathy.题号
