Yang Xuanrui is a secndgrade student frm Hangzhu. On March 26, he gt a thankyu letter frm the Hangzhu Traffic (交通) Plice.
It all started at arund 8 'clck last Saturday evening. While n duty, the traffic pliceman Liu Fengyue nticed the guardrails (护栏) near a park were messy.
