      The mst famus treasure n shw in Hubei Prvincial Museum is the Chime Bells(编钟). The bells can’t be shwn abrad, which is the rule made t prtect them. These chime bells were uncvered in the tmb f Marquis(侯爵)Yi f Zeng, wh was fund in1978 in Suizhu city in Central China's Hubei prvince. 65 chime bells include 19 niu bells,45 yng bells and ne b bell. They are hung n a frame.
      It is said that the king f Chu lved music. He als knew that Marquis Yi, the ruler f the neighbr state Zeng, shared this lve fr musical perfrmances. The king had even visited the marquis during his life time. S when he learned f the marquis’ death, he wanted a special gift t send as part f what wuld be placed in the marquis’ tmb. He rdered his man t make the mst wnderful bell and then wrte wrds n it. The skillful master made it. The b bell was three feet high and weighed 297 punds. It was and still is the largest musical instrument yet knwn.
      The largest ne and anther sixty-fur bells were put in rder by size--an rder that als shwed the different types f musical tunes. The bells have n clappers(钟锤)and are sunded by hitting against them. After ver 1,000 years, the bells still sund perfect, ready t play meldies(乐音) lcal and freign, classic and mdern.
