      【才艺竞赛话题解读】
      竞赛类一般属于人与自我以及人与社会的主题语境。涉及以下三类:
      体育竞赛类,如体育越野赛(2022新课标I&II卷),篮球、橄榄球比赛等,涉及体育活动、大型体育赛事、体育与健康、体育精神的话题。
      才艺竞赛类,如写作(2023新课标I&II卷)、演讲、舞蹈、绘画、唱歌比赛等,涉及认识自我,丰富自我,完善自我的子主题。讲述个人经过克服舞台恐惧,在他人鼓励下克服心理障碍,收获个人成长故事。

      第一步:比赛前、中的苦恼(负面情绪塑造)
      (做准备→准备中遇到困难后还是坚持→深呼吸、摆好姿势、紧握双拳)
      负面的心理描写可以揭示人物在比赛的内心世界,表达人物的性格、特点、感情等,这为后期完赛成长的过程埋下伏笔。
