A new study finds Tai Chi can help slw cgnitive(认知的) decline and prtect against dementia(痴呆). The study included abut 300 lder adults, in their mid-70s n average, wh had all reprted that their memry was nt as gd as it used t be.
As part f the study, all the participants tk a 10-minute test called the Mntreal Cgnitive Assessment. A nrmal scre is 26—30.
