      【知识积累·练前热身】
      定语从句是历年高考的重点,主要考查常见关系代词和关系副词的用法,比如which/that/wh/whse/ when/where的用法及区别性的选择等,及与其他从句如名词性从句的区别等。
      1.概念
      定语从句:在主从复合句中用作定语的从句叫定语从句。定语从句一般紧接在先行词后面。
      (1)先行词:被定语从句修饰的成份。先行词可以为一个词,短语,或整个主句。
      (2)关系词:引导定语从句的词叫关系词,分为关系代词和关系副词。
      (3)关系词的作用:
      A. 引导定语从句,连接主句和从句,相当于一个连词;
      B. 指代先行词;
      C. 必在从句中作某个句子成份。
      2.分类
      (1)限制性定语从句:对先行词起限定修饰作用。

      关系代词的特定用法
      【知识积累·练前热身】
      1.只用that做关系代词
      (1)当先行词是anything, everything, nthing, smething, nne, all, the ne等不定代词时,或当先行词受every, any, all, sme, n, little, few, much等代词修饰时;
      Tell us everything that yu knw, please.请告诉我你知道的事。

      (2)当先行词被序数词、形容词最高级、the nly、the very、the last、the same等修饰时;

      (3)先行词既包括人又包括物。

      (4)当先行词前面有wh, which等疑问代词时,为避免重复,用that。

      2.只用which做关系代词
      (1)引导非限定性定语从句时,先行词指物或整个句子,只用which而不用that。

      (2)在限定性定语从句中,关系代词前有介词时,形成“介词+关系代词”结构,只用which而不用that。

      (3)在限定性定语从句中,如果有两个定语从句,为避免重复,其中一句的关系词是that,那么另一句的关系词就需用which

      3.只用wh做关系代词
      (1)当定语从句的先行词是ne, nes, anyne, thse等指人的不定代词,只能用wh引导。
