What’s the difference between cardinal numbers(基数词) and rdinal numbers (序数词)?

Ordinal numbers
eg.I have seven friends.
eg.This is my seventh birthday.
一二三,特殊记,th要从四加起 八去t,九去e,ve要用f来替;整十变y为ie,再加th别忘记; 若是遇到几十几,只变个位就可以。
ve要用f来替five-fifth, twelve-twelfth

Ordinal numbers 序数词
序数词的缩写:在阿拉伯数字后面加上序数词的最后两个字母。
记忆口诀:一二三,特殊记,th要从四加起;八去t,九去e,ve要用f替;整十变y为ie,再加th别忘记;若是遇到几十几,只变个位就可以。
