在气象学上，按世界气象组织定义：热带气旋中心持续风速在12级以上（即每秒32.7米至41.4米）称为台风（typhn）或飓风（hurricane）。台风通常在热带地区离赤道平均3-5个纬度外的海面（如南北太平洋，北大西洋，印度洋）上形成，其移动主要受大尺度天气系统等影响，最终在海上消散，或者变性为温带气旋、或在登陆陆地后消散。台风常带来狂风、暴雨和风暴潮。 台风与飓风二者没有本质区别，只是不同地域称呼不同。一般来说，在太平洋上生成的热带气旋称作“台风”；而把在大西洋或印度洋上生成的热带气旋，称作“飓风”。

interview的读音以元音音素开头，其前不定冠词应用an。 
2. interview /ˈɪntəvjuː/ n. 采访；面试
例句：The interview was published in all the papers.各家报纸都刊载了这次采访。

拓展：interview还可以作动词，意为“采访；面试”。

3. reprt /rɪˈpɔːt/ n.报道；汇报
拓展：reprt还可以作动词，后面常跟名词、代词或that从句作宾语。
例句：The reprt will be published n the Internet. 报告将在互联网上公布。 
例句：Yu shuld reprt everything t the leader.  你应该向领导汇报所有事情。 It is reprted that this supermarket will be clsed. 据报道，这个超市将会关闭。
4. nearly /ˈnɪəli/ adv. 几乎；差不多；将近
辨析：nearly 与almstnearly可以与nt连用， nt nearly意为“远非，绝不是”；nearly前可用very、 pretty等词修饰。almst可以与any以及n、never、nthing等表示否定意义的词连用。
例句：I’ve lived here fr nearly five years. 我在这里住了将近五年了。 It is nearly tw ’clck. 差不多两点了。
两者都可用来修饰不定代词、形容词、副词、动词、介词短语等，此时两者可换用。
例句：It’s nt nearly as ht as last year. 天气绝没有去年那么热。 Almst n ne takes a rest. 几乎没人休息。 It’s almst/nearly dark nw. 天快黑了。
5. truble /ˈtrʌbl/ n. 苦恼；困难
例句：We shuld help the peple in truble. 我们应该帮助处于困境中的人。 We gt int truble yesterday. 昨天我们遇到了麻烦。 I have n truble (in) studying English. 我学习英语没有困难。
