      Pre-writing (15 mins)
      Step 1 – Vcabulary Review (2a)​
      Students match verbs (play, d, g) with activities (guitar, calligraphy, ice skating).
      Brainstrm cllcatins: play the guitar, d calligraphy, g ice skating.
      Step 2 – Mdel Analysis (2b)​
      Read the cnversatin in 2b:
      A: I heard yu’re thinking abut a hbby?
      B: Yes, I paint. It’s a great way t relax and express myself.
      Identify key phrases: a great way t..., it helps me t..., I d it t...
      Step 3 – Outline Planning (3a)​
      Guide students t plan a passage abut their hbby:
      Intrductin: Name f hbby
      Details: When/Hw started, Why yu like it (use t + verb)
      Cnclusin: Hw it imprves yur life
      While-writing (15 mins)​
      Step 1 – Drafting (3b)​
      Students write a first draft (80-100 wrds) abut their hbby.
      Teacher prvides sentence frames:

      I started... when I was...
      I d it t...(e.g., relax, learn new skills, make friends)
      Step 2 – Peer Review (3c)​
      Students exchange drafts and check:
      Crrect use f infinitives fr purpse

      Select 2-3 students t share their passages.
