I was the first Chinese sprinter t d this! As I cntinued t train, I imprved my speed. In 2021, at the Tky Olympics, I ran 100 meters in 9.83 secnds. That was a new Asian recrd! While I was running in the Olympics, I felt very prud. I became the first Chinese athlete t reach the men’s 100-meter final. As sn as I finished the race, I thanked my caches and fans. When/While/As
延续性动词：表示动作可以持续一段时间。如read，watch，sing。短暂性动词：表示动作瞬间完成，无法持续。如die，begin，buy。
如果主句表示的是短暂性动作，而从句是延续性动词的进行时态，表示在一段时间内正在进行的动作，此时 when、while 与 as 可互换使用。
when 引导的从句中，谓语动词用延续性动词或非延续性动词均可；可用于从句动作和主句动作同时发生，也可用于从句动作发生在主句动作之前。

while 强调两个动作同时发生或在一个动作发生的过程中另一个动作发生，从句中的谓语动词必须是延续性动词。
as 可表示从句和主句的两个动作交替进行、接连发生或同时发生，或在一个动作发生的过程中另一个动作发生，可译为“一边……，一边……”或“随着……”。
befre意为“在……之前”，表示主句动作发生在从句动作之前。after意为“在……之后”，表示主句动作发生在从句动作之后。
