Step 1 Review and Lead - in (5 minutes)
Use the PPT t display the key vcabulary and phrases learned in the previus lessn. Cnduct quick Q&A r play a vcabulary - chain game t help students review and cnslidate. Fr example, the teacher says "replace", and students quickly state its meaning and then say a new wrd starting with the last letter "e" f "replace".
Ask students abut the cntent related t future technlgy and jbs discussed in the previus lessn, such as the develpment trend f rbts and new ccupatins that may appear in the future. Guide students t recall the knwledge f the previus lessn and naturally intrduce the learning cntent f this lessn.
Step 2 Writing Practice (15 minutes)
Writing Guidance and Practice fr 3a - 3c: Display Mandy's dreams in 3a and guide students t read and analyze its structure and cntent. Help students clarify the writing pints, that is, determine their future dream jbs, the places where they will live, their free - time activities, and the methds t achieve their dreams. Let students write an article titled "My Dreams fr the Future" accrding t their actual situatins. During the writing prcess, the teacher walks arund t guide students, reminding them t use the vcabulary and sentence patterns learned in this unit, such as the simple future tense, key vcabulary, and phrases, and pay attentin t grammar and spelling mistakes.
Writing Presentatin and Evaluatin: Invite sme students t present their cmpsitins. Other students listen carefully and take ntes n the advantages and disadvantages. Evaluate frm aspects such as cntent integrity, language accuracy, and structural ratinality. The teacher summarizes the evaluatin results, cnducts centralized explanatins and guidance n cmmn prblems, such as hw t enrich details and ptimize sentence structures. Step 3 Prject - Creating a Picture abut the Future (15 minutes)
Grup Discussin (4a): Divide students int grups. Each grup discusses what their city will be like in the future. Guide students t think frm aspects such as ppulatin, city buildings, transprtatin, weekend activities, and envirnmental cnditins. Each grup recrds the discussin results n blank cards. The teacher walks arund each grup, participates in the discussin, and prvides necessary guidance and inspiratin.
Drawing Pictures (4c): Each grup selects the mst likely predictins accrding t the discussin results and draws relevant pictures. Encurage students t give full play t their creativity and vividly shw the future appearance f the city with clrs and graphics. The teacher reminds students t mark sme English explanatins in the pictures and use the learned vcabulary and sentence patterns.
Presentatin and Sharing (4d): Each grup selects a representative t present the grup - drawn picture t the whle class and intrduce the future predictins expressed in the picture. Other grups listen carefully, guess the predictins in the picture, and ask questins and give suggestins. The teacher evaluates the presentatins f each grup, affirms students' creativity and effrts, and at the same time guides students t think abut hw t further imprve their imaginatin and planning fr the future.
Step 4 Unit Summary (10 minutes)
Knwledge Review: Use the PPT t present the knwledge framewrk f this unit, including key vcabulary, phrases, sentence patterns, and grammar knwledge. Review the usage f the simple future tense with students, and summarize the cmmn expressins fr describing future predictins and plans, such as "There will be...", "I will...", "" and ther sentence patterns, as well as the usage and cllcatins f key vcabulary. Deepen students' understanding and memry f key knwledge thrugh examples and exercises.
