      The purpse f the activity was t hnr utstanding Chinese scientists. I chse t talk abut Yuan Lngping, wh is knwn as the “Father f Hybrid Rice”. His achievement in develping high-yield hybrid rice has greatly cntributed t slving fd shrtages wrldwide.
      I felt hnred t participate and it was a great pprtunity t imprve my English speaking skills. The experience als deepened my understanding and admiratin fr Chinese scientists.
