Unit 3 Vocabulary and Target一、学生分析本案例的授课对象是五年级的学生,学生学习英语兴趣较大,喜欢在各种情景下听、说、读、演的学习形式。对于今天教学的主题:On Vacation,学生已具有一定的英语基础,积累了如U1和U2学习的活动短语以及交通方式等相关的单词,对该主题有了一定的了解,对于学习更多的活动短语,学习积极性更高,接受知识更快,同时他们富有想象力和创造力,自主学习探索能力强。 二、教材分析1、本课时新授的内容是本教材unit 3 Vocabulary and Target.2、本课时的重点句型: What are you going to do during the vacation? I’m going to...该句型已在Unit 1中学习过,对同学们难度不大。主要难点是during the vacation的理解,本课时将继续深入掌握和应用。3、本节课的重点是八个活动短语以及如何制订活动计划。 三、教学目标1、学生能够运用活动短语如visit relatives, have a picnic, make models, play with friends, read books, help Dad, surf the Internet, take photos进行计划。2、学生能够巩固将来时 be going to 的用法,运用句型I’m going to...表达对将来的计划。3、学生能积极运用所学英语进行表达交流。4、学生能够了解和表达中国首都北京的一些景点。 四、教学策略1、本课主要运用合作互动、情景对话、交流评价等教学策略,引导学生主动参与、乐于探究、勤于思考,培养学生解决问题的能力以及交流与合作的能力。2、在教学过程中,运动游戏、小组活动充分调动学生的兴趣,使学生在愉快的气氛和活动中理解和运用。3、让学生所学知识更加贴近实际生活,使学生更能灵活运用重点语句。 课前准备:教学课件、课堂活动材料 五、教学过程Step 1: Warm-up and Lead-in (3分钟)(1) Warming-upT: Good morning, boys and girls. How are you today? Before our class. Let’s play a game. Plead look and read aloud. (设计意图:游戏复习一些活动、交通工具、住宿的短语单词)(2) lead-inT: Wow, boys and girls. You did a good job. Here is a chant for you. Can you chant with me? Let’s tryT: Now the plane is ready to fly. (设计意图: 复习计划的五大要素。) Step 2: Presentation(15分钟)1、learn the new words.T: Yes, May Day is coming. We are taking about the vacation plan. Here is my plan. I’m going to Beijing during the vacation.I’m going by plane.I’m going to stay in a hotel.I’m going to go sightseeing and take photos. I will be very happy.What about you?(让学生齐读,初步感受文本结构)T:Where am I going? Ss: You’re going to Beijing.T: How am I going? Ss: You’re going by plane.T: Where am I going to stay? Ss: You’re going to stay in a hotel.T: What am I going to do there? Ss: You’re going to go sightseeing and take photos. T: Great!What about you, boys and girls?
