And in America, peple wh receive 25% f their daily calries r mre thrugh sugar are twice as likely t die frm heart disease than peple wh receive less than 10% a day (urnal f the American Medical Assciatin, 2014). This is true regardless f hw healthy the rest f their diet might be. Put mre simply, while peple cntinue t argue ver whether r nt fatty fd is dangerus, we already knw that sugar is a killer.
