Pictures are used fr each sectin and they are cnsistent with the cntent f the sectins respectively s that readers can understand the guide better.

    The purpses f the guide are t encurage readers t exercise and t infrm them f the prper way f exercising. The guide asks questins at the beginning and at the end t give encuragement.
