Rules:基数词表数量，序数词表顺序。基变序有规律，结尾加上th。一二三特殊记，八减t九去e 。f来把ve替, 整十ty变成tie。若是碰到几十几，前基后序就可以。
Tips:有时候，为了方便，会把序数词写成缩写形式！
Tips：序数词的缩写就是在阿拉伯数字的后面加上序数词的最后两个字母。
