    1. I’d rather g t Blue Ocean because I like t listen t quiet music while I’m eating. 例:李先生不想听摇滚乐。 Mr. Li wuld rather nt listen t rck music.
    wuld rather d sth. 宁愿做某事其否定形式为 wuld rather nt d sth.
    2. What happened? happen 发生,不及物动词。(1) “sth.+happen+地点/时间”意为 “某地/某时发生了某事”。e.g. What’s happening utside? 外面发生了什么事?
    (2) “sth. + happen t + sb.” 意为“某人出了某事(常指不好的事发生在某人身上)”。e.g. A car accident happened t him yesterday. 昨天他发生了交通事故。(3) “sb. + happen + t d sth.” 意为“某人碰巧做某事”。e.g. I happened t meet her in the street. 我碰巧在街上遇见她。
    the mre...意为“越……越……;愈……愈……”表示程度的变化,句子结构为“the+ 比较级, the+比较级”。

    have... in cmmn (with sb. / sth.) 有共同点,有相同之处翻译:我和我的妈妈有许多共同之处。 I have much in cmmn with my mther.
    4. Then she wn’t feel left ut.be/feel left ut 表示“被遗忘;被忽略;被冷落” N ne speaks t him. He always feels left ut. 没人跟他讲话,他总是觉得被人冷落。
    5. T start with, it was cludy and grey. 首先,天气多云,而且灰蒙蒙的。t start with意为“首先”,相当于first或firstly, 用于句首表示事情发生的先后顺序。e.g. T start with, let's listen t sme relaxing music. 首先, 我们来听点轻松的音乐。

    let sth. dwn 意为“放下;降低;降下”e.g. We let the bucket dwn by a rpe. 我们用绳子把吊桶放下去。
    7. He was really wrried that his cach may kick him ff the team. 他很担心教练会把他踢出球队。kick sb. ff sth. 意为“使某人离开;开除;逐出”, 相当于kick sb. ut f sth. 。e.g. Yu will be kicked ff the club if yu break the rule again.如果你再违反规定的话, 你将被逐出俱乐部。

    9. rather than 是一个并列连词, 此处意为“并非;而不是…”后跟名词、代词、动词原形、不定式或 v-ing形式e.g. She enjys singing rather than dancing.  她喜欢唱歌, 而不喜欢跳舞。
