内容要点(缺一即降档)
开头:自我介绍 + 说明写信目的(申请调换宿舍)。
正文:说明调换原因(作息差异、噪音影响、学习受干扰等)+ 已沟通无效。结尾:表达希望得到帮助、感谢与期待回复。
语言表达
时态、语态使用恰当;词汇准确、得体;句式有变化,符合学生对老师的正式、礼貌语气;信息表达清晰,交际目的明确。
篇章连贯
能使用连接词或逻辑衔接手段,使文章结构清晰、语句通顺、层次分明。
档次微调
要点齐全、语言流畅、表达地道的,可在原档次基础上适当上浮;要点缺失、语言错误较多的,降档处理。
