      1.主题目标:学完本单元后,学生能够理解不同职业的乐趣与挑战,思考未来希望从事的职业,认识到职业具有不断变化的特性,初步形成正确的职业价值观。2.结果产出:学生完成一个报告,介绍一种自己感兴趣的职业。3.评价标准:①学生能够介绍该职业的基本信息,如:名称、工作职责等。②学生能够分析从事该职业的乐趣与挑战。③学生能够预测该职业未来的发展趋势。④学生能够尽可能多地使用本单元的核心词汇,尤其是生词。⑤学生能够正确使用一般现在时与一般将来时的被动语态。
      在科技飞速发展、职业形态快速变化的时代,帮助学生客观认知职业、理性看待职业价值、培养适应未来变化的能力,具有重要的现实意义。为此,本课设计了“撰写自己感兴趣的职业报告”这一核心产出任务。该任务旨在引导学生深入分析具体职业:通过探讨其利弊,建立积极、辩证的择业观。前瞻思考职业未来:通过研究其发展趋势,理解职业的动态属性,培育关注社会、主动适应的意识。最终,本课希望驱动学生完成一次有意义的探索:将对外部职业的客观分析,与对自身兴趣和能力的主观思考相结合,初步形成个人发展与社会需求相联系的价值观。
      已学已会1. 学生已掌握职业相关核心词汇与被动语态的基本结构及表意功能。2. 学生具备借助“引言—主体—结论”框架进行写作或报告的经验,并对基于评价量规进行自评、互评有初步体验。3. 通过本单元的学习,学生对不同职业已有初步了解,具备完成报告的内容基础。
      已学没会1. 学生虽已学相关词汇与语法,但在实际表达中,仍难以主动、准确运用所学词汇与被动语态,输出时仍倾向使用简单句与主动语态。为此,教师在热身环节设计“职业猜谜”游戏,复现核心句式与被动语态;在写作准备环节,提供分类语言素材库搭建表达支架,降低表达难度;在自主撰写前,评价清单中明确语言运用要求;互评中设置“语言侦探”角色,引导学生在对同伴作业的检查中二次巩固知识,提升语言准确性。2. 学生对职业的了解易流于表面,缺乏具体细节支撑。为此,教师在课前布置结构化预习清单,引导学生搜集该职业的典型一日、核心技能、真实挑战与行业趋势等具体信息,为报告提供细节支撑。
      未学不难1. 借助教材清晰的报告提纲与范例,学生能较快搭建结构完整、要点齐全的报告框架。2. 若教师在报告任务前提供清晰的语言支持(如列出需关注的核心词汇与被动语态范例),学生能够理解并运用这些表达,以提升报告的语言质量。
      未学不易1. 学生能罗列职业客观信息、表达个人主观喜好,但难以使用逻辑连接词将理由与论据有机衔接。为此,小组讨论阶段引导学生说明“选择该职业的理由”,梳理逻辑关系;在写作准备环节,提供逻辑连接词库及示范句式,引导学生在结论段中有意识选用。2. 将书面报告进行口头展示是一项综合的新技能,涉及内容记忆、眼神交流、肢体语言等非语言技巧,这对多数八年级学生来说陌生且有压力。为此,在小组练习前,教师示范可操作的口头展示技巧;师生共同制定展示评价标准,涵盖内容、语言与呈现;组织小组演练,并引导听众给予具体反馈,增强展示的真实感和交际意义。
      通过本课学习,学生能够:1. 系统整理某一职业的职责、挑战与发展趋势等关键信息,形成内容提纲;2. 依据师生共同制定的评价标准,撰写、评价并优化一份结构完整、内容充实的书面报告。3. 运用基本展示技巧,进行清晰、自信的口头报告,并依据量规进行互评。4. 结合本单元所学,简要阐述对职业价值和未来规划的新认识。
