1.根据第一段 “Campbell and Matilda were n an adventure in the cuntryside.(坎贝尔和玛蒂尔达正在乡村进行一场探险)” 可知,两人正在乡村 “探险”,用 “explre” 的现在分词形式 “explring”,故填 explring。
2.根据第一段“When they finally reached a high place, the land belw pened up befre them, calm and wide, with green fields and clrful flwers. The climb had been tiring, but the scenery they saw made it all wrth it.(当她们终于到达高处时,下方的大地在她们眼前展开,宁静而广阔,有绿色的田野和五颜六色的花朵。
3.根据第二段“Withut thinking, Campbell turned arund— Matilda was gne. Campbell rushed frward, her heart punding. She saw that Matilda had slipped int a narrw gap between tw large rcks and was stuck there.(坎贝尔不假思索地转过身——玛蒂尔达不见了。

Campbell is brave, calm, and helpful. When Matilda was in danger, she rushed t help withut hesitatin, which shws her bravery. Althugh she culdn't rescue Matilda at first, she frced herself t stay calm and find a way t help, indicating her calmness.
