When I ck, I can chse fresh ingredients and cntrl the amunt f il, salt, and sugar, which is beneficial t ur health. Mrever, cking can als be a way t relax and express creativity. I ften try new recipes and experiment with different flavrs.
      Cmmunicatin is essential in ur daily lives. Gd cmmunicatin skills help us build gd relatinships with thers. We can express ur ideas clearly, listen t thers’ pinins, and reslve cnflicts effectively. Fr example, when I have a disagreement with my friends, I can cmmunicate with them calmly, understand their perspectives, and find a slutin that satisfies bth parties.
