First, cut up three tmates and put them int a pt. Next, add sme water, sugar and salt. Then, ck fr five minutes and add tw eggs. Finally, mix everything tgether and serve it.
If yu were t intrduce a Chinese dish t a freign friend, which ne wuld yu chse and why? I’d chse map tfu (麻婆豆腐). It’s a classic Sichuan dish with a strng, spicy flavr.I wuld intrduce kung pa chicken (宫保鸡丁). It has a perfect balance f flavrs-a bit f spiciness, a hint f sweetness, and a nice savry nte. I’d pick dumplings (饺子). They are a staple during festivals in China. They can be filled with varius ingredients like meat and vegetables, catering t different tastes.
