用法归纳(1)定语从句是在句中修饰、限制或补充说明一个名词(或代词)的从句。被定语从句修饰的名词(或代词)叫先行词。(2)引导定语从句的词叫关系词。关系词分为关系代词(that、which、wh、whm、whse)和关系副词(when、where、why)。2.定语从句的种类情景导学His sn wh/that is a dctr is my best friend.(限制性定语从句)他当医生的那个儿子是我最好的朋友。His sn, wh is a dctr, is my best friend.(非限制性定语从句)他的儿子是一名医生,他是我最
好的朋友。用法归纳定语从句分为限制性定语从句和非限制性定语从句。(1)限制性定语从句它是先行词在意义上不可缺少的定语,如果去掉,主句的意思就不完整或失去意义。这种从句与主句的关系十分密切,书写时通常不可用① 与主句隔开。(2)非限制性定语从句它只是对先行词作附加说明,如果去掉,主句的意思仍然清楚、完整。这种从句与主句的关系不是很密切,书写时往往用逗号与主句隔开。非限制性定语从句通常不用that引导。

用法归纳(1)关系代词在定语从句中作主语时,从句的谓语动词在人称和数上应与前面的先行词保持一致。(2)当“the nly ne f the+复数名词”后跟定语从句时,先行词是the nly ne,而不是复数名词,所以谓语动词用⑧ 数。(3)当“ne f the+复数名词”后跟定语从句时,先行词是复数名词,谓语动词用⑨ 数。
