We knw sleep quality is imprtant fr gd health, that adlescence (青少年时期) is an imprtant time fr brain develpment, and that teens dn’t always get a huge amunt f sleep — and new research gives us sme fresh understanding f hw that all fits tgether.
Researchers used data frm 3,222 adlescents aged 9 t 14. They divided them int three grups based n sleep habits: the wrst (averaging 7 hurs and 10 minutes per night), the best (7 hurs and 25 minutes), and thse in between (7 hurs and 21 minutes).
