1. Respect the ld and care fr the yung.respect(1)动词,意为“尊敬;尊重”,宾语一般是人respect sb. fr sth. 因某事尊敬某人l respect yu fr yur hnesty.我因为你的诚实而敬重你。(2)respect 还可作不可数名词,意为“尊重;尊敬;敬重”,一般与介词fr搭配使用They feel a deep and mutual respect fr each ther.他们彼此深深地感受到一种相互尊重。
