Use the PPT t shw sme pictures f future life. Let the students describe the future situatins in the pictures using the learned vcabulary and the simple future tense, reviewing the knwledge learned in the previus lessn.
Randmly select students and ask sme basic questins abut the simple future tense, such as its frmatin and meaning, t check the students' mastery.
Step 2 Grammar Explanatin (10 minutes)
Present the sentences in Grammar Fcus. Guide the students t bserve all the sentence patterns f the simple future tense and summarize its frmatin rules. Affirmative sentence: Subject + will + base frm f the verb; Negative sentence: Subject + will nt (wn't) + base frm f the verb; General questin: Will + Subject + base frm f the verb? Answer: Yes, Subject + will./N, Subject + wn't.
Fcus n explaining the differences between "will" and "be ging t":
Usage Differences: "Will" is ften used t express spntaneus decisins, predictins abut future events, r willingness. "Be ging t" usually indicates things that have been planned in advance r things that are likely t happen based n current signs. Make cmparative analyses thrugh example sentences. Fr example, "I will g shpping later. (A spntaneus decisin)" and "I'm ging t visit my grandparents this weekend. (A pre - planned thing)" Let the students understand the differences.
