Reslutin：故事山的山脚，表示故事的结束，所有的问题都得到解决，人物的命运也有了最终的交代，给读者一个完整的感觉。
Intrductin：位于山脚下，介绍故事的背景、主要人物和故事发生的情境等基本信息，为故事的展开做铺垫，就像在山脚下准备开始攀登。
Rising Actin：从山脚往山顶攀登的过程，这部分情节逐渐推进，矛盾和冲突开始出现并不断发展，使故事的紧张感逐步增强，吸引读者的注意力。
Climax：故事山的顶峰，是故事中最紧张、最关键的时刻，所有的矛盾和冲突在此达到顶点，读者的情绪也被调动到最高点。
Falling Actin：从山顶往下走的部分，在高潮之后，情节开始逐渐缓和，冲突得到解决，故事的各种线索开始收拢。
