Educatin experts at the University f Suth Australia remind teachers that high engagement leads t high returns when it cmes t imprving student perfrmance.

After participating in mre practices, we had learned hw t punch in six different ways. The bys were imprving a lt n their strength, and Lea with her speed. What abut me? Well, I had a hard time seeing the difference. Mr. Vernn wuld always tell me that practice wuld make me strnger, and this was what helped mtivate me t cntinue.

I’m a small and shrt persn and I did lack cnfidence; but hearing thse cmments can either bring yu dwn, r make yu feel mtivated t shw them they are wrng. In my case, they started t discurage me. I didn’t have the strength t think they were wrng, and part f me thught that they were speaking the truth. I hid it inside my heart because I thught that shwing I was dubting myself wuld make it wrse.
