“祈使句+and/r+简单句”是一个固定句型，此句型中的祈使句在意义上相当于一个if引导的条件状语从句。r表示“否则”。
Study hard, and yu can make prgress. =If yu study hard, yu'll make prgress.
努力学习，你就会取得进步。
Hurry up, r yu'll be late.=If yu dn't hurry up, yu'll be late.
快点，否则你就会迟到。
and 和 r 用于否定句中。
当列举成分是主语，又在否定词前时，用and连接，而当列举成分在否定词之后时，用r构成完全否定。
Lucy and Lily can't speak Chinese.
露西和莉莉都不会说汉语。
I can't sing r dance.
我既不会唱歌，也不会跳舞。
在否定句中，如果所连接的两部分都有否定词，那么用and不用 r 连接。
