4.能够拓展表达其他节日的计划和安排。二.能力目标: 1.通过头脑风暴、小组合作等方式,激发学生学习英语的兴趣和激情,学会规划和表达自己的节日安排,达到自由使用英语的效果。
2.通过思维导图这种方式,让学生复述出D部分的课文。
3.通过综合运用学过的有关六一儿童节的活动短语和重点句型We’ll…..We are going to….I’ll….达到向他人介绍自己的节日计划与安排目的。三.情感目标: 珍惜时光,不要虚度光阴教学重难点一.教学重点: 1.能够运用所学词汇和句型能正确表达自己在节日中的计划和安排。 2.学生能看懂和能读Part D,完成Part D的题目 3.学生能根据思维导图复述短文。二. 教学难点:1.学生能根据思维导图复述短文2.能用一般将来时正确表达自己对节日的计划和安排。教学方法情景交际法、任务教学法、小组合作法, 问答法, 游戏法, 阅读指导法。教学过程:Step1. Pre-reading 1). Greeting T: Hello, Boys and girls. Ss: Hello, Miss ... . T: Nice to meet you ! Ss : Nice to meet you ,too. 2). Free talk T: I‘m very happy today. How do you feel ? Ss : I'm / We 're ... . T: What day is it today? Ss: It's ... . T:What‘s the weather like today ? Ss: It's sunny / cloudy / rainy ... . T: What's the date today ? Ss: It's on the 31st of May. T: What's the date tomorrow? Ss: It's on the 1st of June. (Time) T: Tomorrow is a festival . What is it ? Ss: It's International Children's Day . T: Do you like International Children's Day ? Today, Let's learn some activities about others' International Children's Day. 3). Brainstorming: PPT shows the phrases:" have a class party , have a rest, go to the theatre, ... , sing and dance. " Ss look and read quickly . Step2 . While - reading1) . PPT shows the passage on part D. Ss look and read the word bank together.2) . PPT shows the pictures of Part D.Let the students listen and finish the exercise of Part D. Q: What do they do on International Children's Day? Show and check.3) . Listen again and make notes :Find out the key words and write down on the paper.Q: Who are mentioned in this passage?(People) Ss share their answers. 4). Read and answer: Ss read the passage and find out the key words to answer questions: Qs: 1. What do the teachers do on this day ?(Activities) 2. What don't the children do on this day ? (Activities) 3. What do the parents do on this day ? ( Activities) 4. How do they feel on this day ? ( Feeling ) Ss share their answers to the class . 5). Groups work: According the key words and use the key words to retell the passage in groups. 6). Ss show : Let students use the key words on the backboard to retell the passage on the platform. Step3: Post-reading 1). Free talk Ss talk about and make their festival plan. Then write down the key words on the paper. Q: What do you want to celebrate the International Children's Day ? 2). Ss share their idears to the class . 3). listen to a song" Forever Young" Step4 :Summary Emotional education: Youth is happy! Cherish the time !Enjoy your life ! Step 5: Homework 1).
