    课题Lesson35 The Dream TeamCurriculum Analysis【大纲学情分析】 本单元主要围绕奥运会和体育纪录开展,而本课介绍了奥运会各国的梦之队以及如何构建梦之队。依据《义务教育英语课程标准2011版》和中学生英语学科素养,旨在要求学生能够理解梦之队的组建因素并锻炼学生对文本的复述能力以及结合学生课堂小组建设,内化梦之队团结合作、永不言弃的精神,创建自己的“梦之组”。 本课篇章结构较为清晰,但细节性内容较多,学生英语基础较为薄弱,尤其发音,所以需要加强对文本的理解、复述能力以及输出能力。Learning Aims【学习目标】1. 通过自然拼读,能够掌握新课标要求的“四会词汇gold, influence, coach2. 通过快读文本,借助回答问题的形式,能够掌握文章主要内容。3. 通过精读文本,借助回答问题和填空的形式,能够了解梦之队的含义并分层级复述。4. 通过小组合作,进行话题讨论,能够介绍如何创建班级内的梦之组。Key Points and Difficulties【重点难点】重点:1. 识记Lesson 35重点的单词词组defeat, gold, medal, influence, Brazil, diving, badminton, coach; dream team梦之队, have an influence on……有影响, time after time多次;反复;不断地, do one's best 尽某人最大努力, give up放弃, win gold medals赢得金牌2. 识记重点句型。(1) At the 1992 Olympicsthe US. basketball team defeated all the other teams and won the gold medal.(2)They had a great influence on people everywhere—not just in the Olympic Games.(3) All of the players must work hard and do their best for the team.(4) That's what makes a dream team(5) But she didn't want to miss the Olympicsso she practiced as soon as she got out of the hospital.3.学生通过精读文本,借助回答问题和填空的形式,能够了解梦之队的含义并分层级复述。难点:学生能够进行话题讨论,介绍如何创建班级内的梦之组。【教学流程】一、导学导入: What is a dream team?  Do you know of any dream teams in sports?二、独学知识链接Read words after the teacher.基础感知Task 1: Fast reading and answer the question. What is the text mainly about?A. The U.S. basketball teamB. What is China's dream team?C. What makes a dream team?Task 2: Read the lesson and answer the following questions.1. What is the dream team of the U.S.?(The basketball team.)2. Is the diving team China’s only dream team?(No. China also has dream teams in ping-pong and badminton.)3. Do other countries have dream teams?(Yes. Canada’s dream team is the ice hockey team. For Brazil, it might be the men’s volleyball or soccer team.)4. What does a dream team have?(A dream team has not only the best players and the best coach, but also the best team spirit.)5. How can the players perform better?(By working together.)6. What kind of team spirit does a dream team need in your opinion?(To work hard, to do their best for the team, to work together and never give up.Active, selfless, loyal to the team, to help each other)Task 3: Fill in the blanks and try to retell the text.A: Ask students with low English abilities to retell the passage based on the below version. Students may be partially puzzled at Overcoming difficulties as well as Task 3 and Task 4. 2.
