    教学目标


    1.1 知识目标


    1)引导学生复习巩固本话题的重点词汇并学习新词。


    2)能够在活动中总结各人称的现在进行时的特殊疑问句、一般疑问句及回答的用法以及借阅图书的相关表达,巩固情态动词用于礼貌询问的表达法。


    3)能结合话题,运用图书馆借阅图书、失物招领处寻找丢失物品等交际功能意义的表达,进行对话操练并加以总结。


    1.2 能力目标


    1)能听懂谈论正在进行的动作的简单对话或叙述。


    2)能够听懂借阅图书的简单对话并做出恰当的反应。


    3)能根据图文就现在进行时的动作、借阅图书和寻找丢失物品等话题进行交流。


    4)能在口头表达中做到发音清晰、语音语调准确。


    5)能在教师的指导下进行简单的角色表演。


    6)能够在图片的帮助下读懂体现校园生活的文章,并按要求进行语言活动。


    7)能根据图片信息书面描述正在进行的活动。


    1.3 情感目标


    能够通过和他人共同完成任务,培养同伴之间的合作精神。


    2. 教学重点


    在Sectins A~C已学的基础上,能自行总结各人称的现在进行时的特殊疑问句、一般疑问句及其回答的用法以及借阅图书的有关表达,巩固情态动词用于礼貌询问的表达法。


    3. 教学难点


    能在阅读过程中,训练寻读的能力以及在文字信息与图片信息间转换的能力。

    Step 1: Warm-up


    Get students ready fr learning.


    Help the students t express crrectly. And help them revise Sectin C at the same time.


    T: D duty reprt. Write a passage abut what yur classmates arund yu are ding individually. Then reprt it t the whle class.


    e.g.


    Nw, A is writing smething. B is sleeping. The teacher may be angry. C is talking with his partner.


    Step 2: Presentatin


    Individual wrk


    Help the students revise the grammar in this sectin.


    Read thrugh Sectins A~C. Fill in the blanks in “Grammar” and “Functins” individually. Then the whle class check the answers tgether.


    2)Pair wrk


    Let the students find and crrect the mistakes in sentences by themselves. The teacher may warn them nt t make the same mistake next time.


    T: Lk at the sentences n the blackbard which are shwn by the teacher. Find ut the mistakes and try t crrect them by yurself. Then check yur answers with yur partner. Discuss tgether.


    e.g.


    ① She running n the playgrund.


    ② He is run.


    ③ She is having a class in the classrm.


    ④ Maria is dancing in the gym.


    3)Individual wrk


    Make the students remember t use crrect frm f the verbs in the “Present Cntinuus”.


    T: Fill in the blanks with crrect frm f the given wrds. Then check the answers with yur partner. After that, the whle class read the passage tgether alud.


    e.g.


    Class 3 is n the playgrund. Lk! A is _________ (play) the basketball. B is _________ (sit) there and _________ (watch). C and D _________ _________ (run). E is _________ (talk) with her teacher.


    4)Grup wrk


    Help the students practice the “Present Cntinuus” in different sentence patterns rally.


    T: Have a grup cmpetitin. Sit in grups f fur. Then ne student reads the sentence n the paper and acts it ut t the ther three students. The ther three students try t guess what the student is ding by watching him/her. If the students can guess the right answer, their grup can get ne pint. At the end f the cmpetitin, the grup which can get the mst pints will be the winner.


    e.g.


    Grup 1


    A acts ut running.


    B: Are yu running?


    A: Yes, I am.


    Grup 2


    A acts ut sleeping.


    B: Are yu running?


    A: N, I am nt.


    C: Are yu sleeping?


    A: Yes, I am.


    Step 3: Cnslidatin


    Pair wrk


    Help the students t cnslidate the wrds and expressins by making and practicing cnversatins.


    T: Wrk in pairs. Make a new cnversatin abut brrwing bks frm the library. Then practice with yur partner and reprt it t the whle class.


    2)Pair wrk


    T: Wrk in pairs. Make a new cnversatin abut “Lst and Fund”. Then practice with yur partner and reprt it t the whle class.


    Step 4: Practice


    1)Individual wrk


    Play the tape recrder. Check the answers.


    T: Lk at the table in Task 1. Predict the listening material in Task 1. Listen t the tape and cmplete the table. Check the answers with yur partner. Then ask and answer questins like this:


    A: What is Jane ding?


    B: She is singing.


    A: Where is she singing?


    B: She is singing in the rm.


    2)Pair wrk


    Help the students learn t predict befre reading. Check the answers.


    T: Lk at the pictures in 2. Answer the teacher’s questins, “Where is Wen Wei?”, “What is he ding in the picture?” Get sme infrmatin abut the passage frm the pictures.


    T: Then read the passage. Circle the activities and underline the places. After that, read the passage again and number the pictures.


    3)The whle class wrk


    Help the students learn t sing English sngs.


    T: Listen t the tape fr the first time and answer the questins, “What are yu ding?”, “Wh are yu writing t?”


    T: hen listen t the sng fr the secnd time and answer the questins, “What are yu ding?”, “Wh are yu singing t?”


    T: Then sing after the tape. Sing the sng tgether. Then the girls and the bys take turns t sing this sng. Finally, sme students sing this sng t the whle class.


    Step 5: Prductin


    1)Pair wrk


    Help the students t practice their spken English while asking and answering.


    T: Lk at the pictures in “Prject”. Find the differences between the tw pictures. Then ask and answer questins abut the tw pictures while cmpleting the fllwing table.


    2)Individual wrk


    Practice the “Present Cntinuus” in written wrk.


    Write a passage t describe the differences between the tw pictures individually. Then check with yur partner.


    e.g.


    Three bys are swimming in Picture 1, but they are fishing in Picture 2.


    Step 6: Summary and Hmewrk


    Encurage Ss t summarize the key pints.


    T: Class will be ver sn, We shuld summarize the key pints nw. Let’s begin!


    T: Sunds great! I hpe yu will remember them.


    Review the wrds and expressins in this Sectin; Cmplete the Exercise Bk.


    G n writing the passage t cmpare the tw pictures in Prject. Reprt it t the whle class the next day.
