根据3a的提示, 在具体的书写过程中,要明确电子邮件的格式,完整的电子邮件应包括的部分(persn receiving the email、persn sending the email、email tpic、greeting、main text 和sign-ff)。 行文中注重语句之间的衔接和连贯,灵活运用firstly、secndly、as fr ...、what’s mre等衔接词,使各条建议之间过渡流畅。
人称以第一人称和第二人称为主,时态多用运用一般现在时(普适规律)。写作时需遵循中国的社会文化常识,并从生活经验中提炼出话题相关的生活经验,并灵活运用提建议的句型将建议书写出来。

receive 作动词,意为“收到”,其后直接接宾语。receive sth frm sb 收到来自某人的某物e.g. I received a letter frm my friend yesterday. 我昨天收到了朋友的信。 She received a birthday gift. 她收到了一份生日礼物。注意:accept 意为“接受”,强调主观意愿。而receive强调客观收到。e.g. I received a jb ffer, but I didn’t accept it. 我收到了一份工作邀请,但没接受。

有主动或赞许的意味,表示不但收下,而且内心同意接受,是主观上愿意接受

e.g. I received a gift frm Tm, but I didn’t accept it. 我收到了汤姆的礼物,但没有接受。 She received an invitatin, and she accepted it happily. 她收到了一份邀请,并且愉快地接受了。
【拓展】在表示“接受教育(educatin)、受到欢迎(welcme)、得到支持(supprt)”等时,需用receive,而accept无此用法。

in + 形容词性物主代词(my/yur/his/her/ur/their) + 整十数复数(twenties/thirties/frties/...),表示 “在某人几十多岁时”。e.g. They started their wn business when they were in their twenties. 他们在二十多岁时创办了自己的公司。 My parents still lve traveling in their frties. 我父母四十多岁了还喜欢旅行。

在电子邮件、信件等书面交流中,“sign-ff” 指的是结尾的 “结束语、落款问候语”。以下是不同场景下常用的 sign - ff 表达,按正式程度分类:
1)正式场景(商务邮件、官方信函等):Sincerely/Yurs sincerely/Yurs faithfully/Best regards2)半正式 / 日常场景(朋友、同事、熟人之间的邮件 / 信件):Regards/Best wishes3)非正式场景(亲密朋友、家人之间):Cheers/Take care/See yu sn
