A red red rse1 I suppse everyne has smething they dn't like abut themselves. Fr me, it was the birthmark n my face. It was bright red, the clur f a strawberry.2 Smetimes, I felt peple secretly lking at my face. But when I turned my head, they lked away. On crwded buses and trains, it felt just like a disaster. With s many peple arund me, my birthmark burnt red ht. Therefre, I always kept my hair lng t cver it until that day.3 It was a cludy mrning. A new student named Maddie arrived in ur class. She sat right beside me. Instead f lking away, Maddie studied my face. This made me s nervus. Cluds came thrugh the windw and filled my heart. Suddenly, she said smething I wuld never frget.
