      The Three Brthers and the Chpsticks
      Once there were three brthers wh ften argued. Their father gave them ne chpstick each—they brke it easily. Then he gave them a bundle f chpsticks—they culdn’t break it. The father tld them: Tgether, yu’re strng; divided, yu’re weak.
      We learn that wrking tgether (teamwrk) gives us great pwer. When peple cperate, they can vercme difficulties that they can’t handle alne.

      Tny's prblems:As the drama directr, he faced a cnflict when Lisa and Mary bth wanted t play the princess. He felt unsure (afraid t chse wrng r hurt Lisa) and frze, which made Lisa angry and leave.He didn’t knw hw t handle this prblem as a new leader.

      1 Why did Tny freeze?
      Learning t think fr questin 1 T understand anther persn's feelings, yu need t "put yurself in that persn's shes". That is, try t imagine yur feelings in his /her psitin.
      Tny frze because it was his first time as a leader and he was faced with a difficult decisin. He didn’t want t hurt Lisa’s feelings. And he wasn’t sure if his wn pinin (that Mary was better) was right. Besides, Everyne was lking at him and waiting fr him t decide, which made him nervus and unsure.
      2 Which piece f advice d yu find mst helpful?
      I find the secnd piece f advice mst helpful. Because: It is fair — bth get a chance t shw their ability. It takes pressure ff Tny — the team helps make the decisin. It can help everyne see wh really fits each rle better.
      Besides Ms White’s advice, what is anther slutin Tny culd try t slve this cnflict?
      Tny culd ask Lisa and Mary t wrk tgether n a shrt scene. They culd bth practice being Snw White fr a few minutes. Then, everyne watches and gives friendly feedback. This way, bth girls feel heard, and the team can see fr themselves wh might be better — withut vting right away.
