Frtunately, tw Indian cllege students, Heet Dshi,20, and Om Thakkar, 19, bth bk enthusiasts wh fund themselves struggling t find like-minded peple, decided t create a space where peple culd cnnect, share ideas, and frm bnds ver their lve fr bks.
Thus, “Yur Reading Circle” was brn in September 2023, a space fr passinate readers t gather and share bks and stries. Then in early 2024, the c-funders came acrss the cncept f mini-libraries in Perumkulam, a village in Kerala, where three public libraries were set up every few hundred metres t make reading accessible. Inspired by this, they thught f replicating the mde in Ahmedabad t encurage the city’s reading culture further.

A study led by UC Santa Cruz Prfessr Magy Seif El-Nasr and Stanfrd University Researcher Mahnaz Rshanaei, explres hw AI chatbts evaluate and perfrm empathy.
