      Health experts want t let peple knw the benefits (好处) f exercise. The US-Natinal Institutes f Health (NIH) is playing a key rle in the effrt. This year, it is carrying ut a study. It will recrd in detail what happens inside a bdy during a wrkut. Thrugh its research, the NIH hpes t prve scientifically that exercise is gd medicine fr health.
      The six-year, $170-millin prject will include a grup f abut 3,000 inactive peple. The grup will begin an exercise prgram. Their bld and fat will be studied befre and after each wrkut. Scientists will lk fr clues (线索) t hw the bdy changes with physical activity. A grup that desn’t exercise will als be studied, fr cmparisn.
      Studies shw that many gd changes happen in the bdy during and after a wrkut.       While it may seem that all msquites are biters, this is nt actually the case. Male msquites eat plant nectar. On the ther hand, female msquites feed n animal bld. When a female msquit bites a human being, it transmits (传播) saliva int the bld. This saliva may r may nt cntain a deadly disease. The result f the bite can be minr r as serius as death.
