W : I think the third flat is the best we've seen s far. They're all quite expensive. Rents seem t be getting higher and higher. But this ne is the least expensive and it's the nearest t the city center.
M : But it's the ne with the fewest rms and the least space. I'm nt sure whether it's gt enugh space fr us, especially with ur kids.
W : S yu prefer the secnd ne in a wrse lcatin with higher rent ?
M : The lcatin isn't as bad as yu think. It' s farther frm the center than the ther tw, but yu can get t the rain statin and the kids' schl mre easily.Mst imprtantly, it has much mre space than the ther tw flats.
W : Can we affrd it ? The mre we spend n rent, the less we'll have fr ther things.
M : Actually, it's less expensive than it seems because the rent includes all the bills.
