Accrding t the thery, spending just 20 minutes in a park daily helps t reduce stress, n matter hw yu chse t spend that time.       Huang Bingbing, living in Shenzhen, is a fan and der f this idea. Three years ag, when she was still wrking at an advertising cmpany, she used t frequently visit the small park dwnstairs during her weekday lunch breaks. “On that piece f grass, I culd cnnect with living plants and animals.
