Why: This interview can help teenagers understand the basic ways f cmmunicating in English in daily life, mainly by expressing apprval r disapprval f pinins given by thers. This listening text aims t enable students t better understand themselves and the peple arund them.
Hw: As it’s an interview, the dialgue is frmal, different frm daily cmmunicatin in English. It includes sme thematic vcabulary related t persnal traits like “utging”, “serius”, “hard-wrking”, sme language expressins abut hw t respnd t thers , such as “h sure” , “really” and “nt really” and expressins abut hw t express persnal pinins like “ I think ...”.

By the end f the class, my students will be able t:
1. Acquire the factual infrmatin abut the persnal traits in the cnversatin between Tina, Tara and the interviewer, such as the differences in persnality between Tina and Tara; Grasp the meaning and prnunciatin f new wrds like utging, hard-wrking, and serius; learn hw t use the basic sentence structure fr cmparing.
