A dentist nce examined me and tld me that t much sugar in my meals had damaged my teeth and health. I made up my mind t change tw things in my life: t eat nthing with sugar and t exercise regularly. After that I stpped buying all the sweets, biscuits, and sugary drinks that I used t have every day. Whenever I went ut with friends, I brught snacks frm hme, things that didn’t have any added sugar: fruit, nuts, dried meat, etc.My exercise was very simple: I went utside every day fr at least 30 minutes and did smething active. Smetimes I played table tennis r badmintn with my cusins. Other times I jumped n my skatebard and rde arund my neighburhd, r just tk a lng walk. The results have been fantastic. Hwever, I realised that t succeed in quitting, I had t replace it with smething else. S I thught abut what t try. Rck climbing, bwling, watching cmedies, and playing basketball were the things I thught f ding instead.Nw my dad and I g rck climbing tgether mnthly! It has enhanced the quality f my life, imprving my health and increasing my happiness.
