一般过去时（The Simple Past Tense）
一般过去时表示过去某个时间发生的动作或存在的状态，常和表示过去的时间状语连用。一般过去时也表示过去经常或反复发生的动作。如: yesterday, last weekend, last Sunday等。也表示过去经常或反复发生的动作，常和ften, always等表示频度的时间状语连用。例如:I visited my grandparents last weekend.I always went swimming in summer.
1.一般在词尾加 —edeg. clean – cleaned stay — stayed2.词尾是e的加-deg. live – lived hpe – hped
watch — ________ clean— _______ listen— ________ play— ________ visit— ________ wash— _______
3.末尾只有一个辅音字母的重度闭音节，先双写这个辅音字母，再加-edeg. stp – stpped plan — planned4.结尾是“辅音字母+y”的动词，变“y”为“i”, 再加-edeg. study – studied wrry – wrried
动词词尾加-ed后的读音：
