    “N, yu dn’t! ” he said, answering his wn questin. “Yu have a staircase t help yu climb up t this level. N ne expects yu t make it in tw giant leaps. Yu simply take ne step at a time. Any task can be slved if yu fcus n the immediate actin t be taken. The rest will take care f itself, if yu keep at it. One step at a time. That’s the secret. ” Then he wrte dwn an ld mtt n the blackbard—the lngest jurney starts with a single step. Having heard his staircase analgy(比拟), we understd why he asked us the questin and we saw him in a new light.
